Legal Notices LEGAL NOTICE
Pursuant to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 87, section 3 of the Public Shade Tree Act, a hearing will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at the Hingham Dept. of Public Works at 25 Bare Cove Park Drive, Hingham, Massachusetts, to act on a request by the Hingham Shade Tree Committee to remove the following trees:
