Revaluation of the Commercial/Industrial Properties

The Town of Hingham invites sealed proposals for qualified contractors to provide a revaluation of the commercial/industrial properties in the town as of January 1, 2010, for fiscal 2011.  Specifications may be obtained on or after March 1, 2010 at the Board of Assessors Office, 210 Central Street, Hingham, MA 02043, or by email at rlp@hingham-ma.com.  Proposals will be received at the Board of Assessors Office in sealed envelopes marked “Non-Price Proposal” until April 1, 2010 at 3:00 PM.  Cost proposals must be in a separate envelope marked “Price Proposal”.  The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.  The contract will be awarded by the Board of Assessors.
