You may also stop by DPW Office at 25 Bare Cove Park Drive, Hingham, MA 02063 between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm Monday thru Friday. (Please note: there is a cost of $25.00 if you wish to pick up a hard copy of this bid package).
A non-mandatory site visit scheduled for April 16th at 10:00 AM at the tennis courts located at the South Shore Country Club, 274 South Street, Hingham, MA
Due Date for IFB:
All bids must be received no later than April 29, 2015 at 1:00 pm the bid opening will be at 1:00 pm on the same day. No late bids or telephone bids will be accepted.
All Bid questions must be submitted in writing. All bids must be made on the bid forms supplied, and the bid forms must be fully completed when submitted. Including any signed addenda that may be issued. Anyone receiving a bid must submit their contact information to the Town Engineer's Office to receive any addenda. The Town is not responsible for requests and/or addenda failing to be "sent or received" as a result of service failure, internet failure, electronic failure, or weather related events. If a request is made for a bid package and/or addenda electronically it is the sole responsibility of the prospective bidder to confirm their request and/or information has been received or sent. Do NOT submit bids electronically (by email). A 5% bid security (bond or certified check) required.
