REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Design Plans, Specifications, and Permitting Services for Affordable Housing at the so-called Selectmen's Parcel

The Hingham Board of Selectmen seeks proposals and qualifications from architectural, landscape architecture, and civil/engineering consultants to provide design plans and specifications and permitting services for an affordable housing development to be constructed on a town-owned land parcel in Hingham. Proposals must be received no later than August 6, 2014, at 2:00 P.M., addressed to: Board of Selectmen, c/o Town Administrator, 210 Central Street, Hingham, MA 02043-2759. Late proposals will be rejected. There will be a pre-proposal briefing session on July 9, 2014, 10:00 A.M. Ambulance Billing Service

The Town of Hingham is seeking proposals from ambulance billing providers interested in providing billing services for the Hingham Fire Department's Advanced Life Support service. Proposals shall be received by the Town Accountant's Office, Hingham Town Hall, 210 Central Street, Hingham, MA 02043 until July 17, 2014 at 3:00 P.M. Proposals should be submitted to the Town Accountant in sealed envelopes marked "Ambulance Billing Service Proposal". Cost proposals must be in a separate sealed envelope marked "Ambulance Billing Price Proposal". For copies of the RFP package, contact Town Accountant's Office, Hingham Town Hall, 210 Central Street, Hingham, MA, by fax at 781.804.2444 or email nickersons@hingham-ma.gov. The town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.

Fire Alarm Upgrade

In accordance with MGL c.149 and c.30 and 39M, the Town of Hingham's Lincoln Apartments Board of Managers, "the Owner", seeks to solicit sealed bids for the Lincoln Apartments Fire Alarm Upgrade Project located at 86 Central Street, Hingham, MA 02043. A 5% bid security (bond or certified check) is required with each bid. The estimated contract value is $35,000. The Town of Hingham reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids for any reason deemed in the best interest of the Town. The Town of Hingham shall have the right to waive any minor informality and/or allow the bidder to correct them. The non-refundable fee for a hard copy of the bid package is $25 or you can send an email to receive a free electronic copy to foley@hingham-ma.com. Bids documents may be obtained at the Assistant Town Administrator's Office at the Town Hall, 210 Central Street, Hingham, MA 02043, during regular work hours. All bids must be received no later than August 7, 2014 at 12:00 pm.
