Departments: Veterans Services
Recent Events Veterans Fishing Trip On August 7th, 2007, approximately 16 Army veterans and a dozen volunteers gathered on eight boats and departed Hingham Harbor for a day of eating and fishing. Hingham Veterans Agent, Michael Cunningham, organized the event in appreciation of the soldiers' service and sacrifice. This was the third year in a row that Michael has organized the event. Many thanks also go out to the fine volunteers, boat captains and crews who assisted on this day. Pictures below were taken aboard the "chowDa pot" captained Gene Bernard, assisted by 1st Mate, Larry Larsen, and volunteer, Kim Granatino.
