On Thursday, March 10, 2011, at 7:00 p.m. a public hearing will be held at the HINGHAM TOWN HALL, 210 CENTRAL STREET by the Board of Appeals with reference to the application of

New Cingular Wireless, PCS, LLC

d/b/a AT&T Mobility (lessee)

for a Special Permit A2 under §V-E of the Zoning By-Law and such other relief as necessary to install three (3) wireless telecommunication antennas on the existing smokestack at the Hingham Shipyard, 9 Shipyard Drive, in the Industrial District.
